Imagine taking hold of a zip line and soaring through the rainforest of Costa Rica as you get a bird’s eye perspective of the animal and plant diversity around you. Now imagine guiding a white water raft down one of the cleanest rivers in Costa Rica or watching a grand fireworks display as one of the world’s most active volcanoes erupts right in front of you. If you’re interested in taking a Wild Science adventure to Costa Rica, see Ms. McIntire in D34 and pick up a registration packet.

Kansas Kids Fitness Day is right around the corner Friday May 2nd.  If you enjoy working with 3rd graders see Ms. Zenner or Mrs. Copeland for a permission slip to help out.  You will be teaching fitness activities to 3rd graders across the district here at our school.  Permission forms are due by April 30th. If you need community service hours this is a great way to get them.

Tomorrow, Friday, April 11 is National Day of Silence to support anti LGBT bullying and harassment in schools.  To participate, see Ms. McDonald in B37.  Everyone is welcome to show their support!
