NWHS Grizzly Pride Booster Club

What is Grizzly Pride? Northwest High School combined their booster club and PTA to form Grizzly Pride. A fun group of parents, NW staff, coaches, administrators and community partners work together to promote academic and athletic programs. Grizzly Pride raises around $40,000 each year. All money raised goes to support Northwest and Northwest students.

Who does Grizzly Pride support 

   - Your Student!

 - ALL NW ATHLETIC TEAMS – assistance with meals, uniforms, equipment, etc.

 - ALL SCHOLASTIC CLUBS AND STUDENT RELATED ACTIVITIES – Art, AVID, Band, Bear Buddies, Choir, DECA, Drama, FEA, For the Culture, JROTC, Project Graduation, School Spirit giveaways. The list goes on and on.

 -  NW Teachers and Staff

 -  School Infrastructure – classroom furniture, equipment, etc.

How do I improve my child’s school experience at Northwest High School? 

• You are invited and encouraged to become a Grizzly Pride member
• NW parents are the driving force behind this organization and are essential to the
• success of Grizzly Pride. Please consider volunteering your time even if you cannot contribute financially.
• Please join us at our monthly meetings held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30pm in the NW Library.
• Your participation in Grizzly Pride is an excellent way to meet other parents, be “in the know” about what’s happening at Northwest, get involved, and work to promote the success of our students!

How to join:

1.  Complete the online form here: GP Membership Form   (Please note there is an additional fee for online processing).
2.  Print and complete the attached form, then mail or drop it off with your payment at NWHS. 

Membership Levels:

Grizzly Level Member - $100 donation ($102 if online)
Name on Grizzly Pride Banner under the Grizzly Level
2 regular Grizzly Pride short-sleeved t-shirts ($20 value) or 2 NWHS large stainless steel tumblers ($30 value and available in blue and white) OR a combination of one t-shirt and one cup
Gold Level Member - $50 donation ($51 if online)
Name on Grizzly Pride Banner under the Gold Level
1 regular short-sleeved Grizzly Pride t-shirt or 1 NWHS large stainless steel tumbler
Blue Level Member - $25 donation ($26 if online)
Name on Grizzly Pride Banner under the Blue Level

Once the membership form and payment are received your name will be added to a list at the Bear Wear table for all Grizzly and Gold level members.  Bear Wear is typically set up at all home Football games, P/T conferences, parent exchange day and other special events.  Just stop by the table to claim your item(s).  If you are unable to come to Bear Wear just let us know and we will select your item of choice and leave it in the NWHS office for pick up.

Since we are using our current stock for our membership incentives that means there is no deadline for when you have to join to get your t-shirt and/or cup!  However, if you would like to have your name on the Grizzly Pride Banner please join by 10/31/2026.

Bear Wear

Bear Wear is a part of Grizzly Pride that sells Northwest High School clothing. Bear Wear will have NW clothing and accessories for sale at different school events though out the school year. More details about what is available can be found on Facebook at the @nwgrizzlypride page.
